Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek & City Exploration

Early morning arrival in Bishkek. Meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a city sightseeing tour, including the Art Museum and the History Museum. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue exploring Ala-Too Square, Victory Square, and other landmarks. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Bike Preparation & Ride from Oruu-Say

After breakfast, prepare the bikes and transfer to Oruu-Say Ski Base (1,600 m). Begin biking back to Bishkek. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 3: Cycling from Bishkek to Suusamyr Valley

Begin the first biking stage to Suusamyr (approx. 2,025 m). Camp at the confluence of the Karakol and Kekemeren Rivers.

Accommodation: Tent Camp

Day 4: Ride Along Karakol River to High Camp

Bike along the Karakol River (approx. 2,820 m). Set up camp before Karakol Pass (3,452 m).

Accommodation: Tent Camp

Day 5: Karakol Pass to Djumgal River Adventure

Transfer to Kyz-Art Pass (2,664 m), then bike over Chara-Archa Pass (3,061 m) to the Djumgal River (2,800 m).

Accommodation: Tent Camp

Day 6: Crossing to Son-Kul Lake via Tuez Ashu Pass

Cycle over Tuez Ashu Pass (3,229 m) to Son-Kul Lake (3,021 m). Approximate biking distance: 50 km.

Accommodation: Yurt Camp

Day 7: Lakeside Ride to Kokjerty River

Bike along Son-Kul Lake towards the Kokjerty River via Terskey Torpok Pass (3,133 m).

Accommodation: Tent Camp

Day 8: Descent Ride to Naryn

Cycle to Naryn along country roads. Altitudes range between 1,600 and 1,800 m.

Accommodation: Guest House

Day 9: Naryn to Kara-Kaman River Expedition

Route: Naryn – Naryn River – Kichi Naryn River – Sary-Kungey Gorge to Kara-Kaman River. Biking distance: approx. 70 km. Altitudes range from 2,000 m to 2,600 m.

Accommodation: Tent Camp

Day 10: Ride to Jyli-Suu Hot Springs

Bike along the Balgart River (2,725 m) and Jyli-Suu River (2,947 m) to the Jyli-Suu hot springs. Approximate distance: 40 km.

Day 11: Teshik-Kol Lake Exploration

Enjoy a radial bike ride or hike to Teshik-Kol Lake (3,504 m), located about 5 km from Jyli-Suu springs. Continue biking to the Uchemchek River (approx. 3,451 m).

Day 12: High Pass Ride to Tamga Village

Bike along the Uchemchek and Tosor Rivers via Tosor Pass (3,893 m) to Tamga Village. Total distance: approx. 50 km. Altitude varies from 3,900 m to 2,200 m.

Day 13: Rest Day at Issyk-Kul Lake

Relax and enjoy a rest day on the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake.

Accommodation: Guest House

Day 14: Transfer from Tamga to Bishkek

Transfer to Bishkek (310 km). Pack and prepare bikes.

Day 15: Free Day in Bishkek

After breakfast, enjoy free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing.

Day 16: Departure

Early morning transfer to the airport (40 km / approx. 40 minutes) for departure.

The weather in high-altitude areas of Kyrgyzstan can be cold; warm jackets and sleeping bags are essential.
