Package Itinerary

Day 1: Bishkek – Son Kul (350 km)

Arrival in Bishkek city, meeting at the airport in the morning, breakfast at a restaurant, and transfer to Son Kul Lake through Kalmak Ashu Pass.

At Kalmak Ashu Pass, we will have the opportunity to see yaks. Upon arrival at Son Kul Lake, lunch and dinner at the yurt camp, followed by free time.

Accommodation: Silk Road Yurt Camp at Son Kul Lake (4-person accommodation, shared bathroom outside)
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: Cholpon-Ata, Cruise on Issyk-Kul Lake (300 km)

Breakfast at Son Kul, then transfer to Cholpon-Ata. Free time at the beach and a cruise on Issyk-Kul Lake.

Accommodation: Guesthouse Tan Nuru in Cholpon-Ata
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Karakol, Altyn Arashan Hiking (150 km drive, 12 km hike)

Breakfast at Cholpon-Ata, then transfer to Karakol.

After lunch in Karakol, we will begin our hike to Altyn Arashan Gorge, famous for its natural mineral hot springs.

In Altyn Arashan Gorge, we will have lunch at a yurt camp, hike to the natural hot springs, and take a bath there. According to many visitors, bathing in these mineral hot springs helps relax the body and nervous system, allowing you to sleep very well afterward.

Day 4: Altyn Arashan, Karakol, Jeti Oguz Hiking (50 km drive, 15 km hike)

After breakfast at Altyn Arashan, we will hike down to Karakol city. Then we will drive to Jeti-Oguz for lunch at a yurt camp.

After lunch, we will explore Jeti Oguz Valley. We will hike to the Maiden Braid Waterfall, see the Broken Heart Rock, and admire the Jeti Oguz Rocks, translated as the “Seven Bulls” Rocks.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Barskoon Waterfall Hiking, Skazka Canyon, Bishkek (400 km)

After breakfast at Jeti-Oguz, we will travel to Bishkek city along the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.

On the way, we will visit Barskoon Gorge and hike to one of its four waterfalls. We will also see the monument dedicated to cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.

Then we will continue to Skazka Canyon, also known as the “Fairy Tale Canyon.”

We will visit a local family in Kyzyl-Tuu village, where you will see a demonstration of nomadic yurt assembly and enjoy lunch with the family.

Upon arrival in Bishkek city, dinner will be served.

Day 6: Bishkek City Tour, Transfer to Airport

Breakfast at the hotel.

Bishkek city tour including Ala-Too Square, the History Museum, the Honor Guard changing ceremony, Victory Square, and Osh Bazaar.

Lunch at a restaurant, followed by transfer to the airport for your flight home.
