Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek City – In the Footsteps of the Soviet Union

We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel in Bishkek.

We will then visit the central part of the city, including Victory Square, Ala-Too Square, Oak Park, and monuments dedicated to Kyrgyz heroes such as Manas—the main character of the Kyrgyz national epic.

After exploring the city, we will return to the hotel.

Day 2: Explore Suusamyr Valley

After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our journey to Suusamyr Valley in the southern part of Kyrgyzstan. The valley is famous for its rich pastures, considered among the best in the country.

We will spend the entire day in Suusamyr Valley, take photos, and enjoy an outdoor picnic.

Day 3: A Day in a Typical Kyrgyz Village – Kochkor, Felt Factory

Today we will drive to Kochkor Village in central Kyrgyzstan. We will visit a felt factory and participate in making traditional felt carpets.

“Altyn Kol” is a local association of handicraft women in Kochkor. They produce handmade felt products for export and sale in local bazaars.

Day 4: Overnight at a Yurt Camp at Alpine Son-Kul Lake (3,000 m)

After breakfast, we will travel to Son-Kul Lake via the Kalmak-Ashuu Pass. Along the way, we may encounter herds of yaks and stop for photos.

Upon arrival at the yurt camp on the southern shore of Son-Kul Lake, we will have lunch. Optional demonstrations of traditional horse games such as “Kyz Kuumai,” “Er Enish,” and “Ulak Tartysh” can be arranged in advance.

Day 5: Moldo-Ashuu Pass, Mels-Ashuu Pass – Silk Road Heritage, Tash Rabat Caravanserai

Today we will cross two impressive mountain passes: Moldo-Ashuu and Mels-Ashuu. Moldo-Ashuu is known for its winding serpentine roads (altitude 3,225 m).

We will descend into the Ak-Tala Valley for a picnic, pass through Baetovo Village, and continue over Mels-Ashuu Pass (3,420 m).

Arrival at the ancient Silk Road site of Tash Rabat Caravanserai, where we will explore this historic structure and learn about its fascinating past.

Day 6: Explore the Magical Kel-Suu Lake

Early in the morning, we will drive to Kok-Kiya Village near Kel-Suu Lake.

Upon arrival, we will take lunch boxes and begin a horseback ride or hike (approx. 7 km) to Kel-Suu Lake. Enjoy the stunning scenery and have a picnic lunch.

In the evening, we will return to the yurt camp in Kok-Kiya. Horse riding can be arranged in advance.

Day 7: Kel-Suu Lake – Naryn City

Today we will drive to Naryn City, the administrative center of the Naryn region.

We will stay overnight at a hotel and prepare for the long journey the next day via the Tosor Pass.

Day 8: Naryn – Eki-Naryn – Tosor Pass – Tamga Village

After breakfast, we will drive east along the Eki-Naryn Valley.

We will cross scenic mountain passes and reach the Jyluu-Suu Valley, where we will enjoy a picnic near the river.

Continuing through the mountains, we will cross the remarkable Tosor Pass (4,000 m) and descend toward Issyk-Kul Lake—the second-largest alpine lake in the world.

Arrival in Tamga Village on the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.

Day 9: Skazka Canyon, Tuz Kol (Salt Lake), Nomadic Yurt Assembly, Eagle Hunting

Today, we will explore the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.

We will visit Skazka Canyon and enjoy an eagle hunting demonstration. Then we will continue to Kyzyl-Tuu Village, known as the homeland of yurt-making, where you will help assemble a traditional yurt with a local family.

After lunch, we will visit Tuz Kol (Salt Lake), where you can swim and enjoy natural mud spa therapy. We will also swim in Issyk-Kul Lake before returning to Tamga.

Day 10: Jeti-Oguz Valley – Kok-Jayik Jailoo, “Broken Heart” Rock, “Seven Bulls,” Maiden’s Braid Waterfall

Today we will explore the beautiful Jeti-Oguz Valley.

We will hike to the “Maiden’s Braid” Waterfall, visit the “Broken Heart” rock, and see the famous “Seven Bulls” formations. Enjoy time to relax at the yurt camp.

Day 11: Altyn Arashan Hot Springs – Soviet-Era Truck Adventure

We will travel to Karakol and begin our adventure to Altyn Arashan using a Soviet-era truck.

At the hot springs, we will have lunch, relax in natural mineral baths, and enjoy the mountain scenery. On the way back, we will stop at the Ak-Suu Kench hot spring pool.

In Karakol, we will have dinner with a local Dungan family. Optionally, you can enjoy a folklore show by a local music group.

Day 12: Cholpon-Ata Beach – Cruising on Issyk-Kul Lake

Today is dedicated to relaxation on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.

Enjoy swimming in the lake, surrounded by the snow-capped ranges of Kungey Ala-Too and Terskey Ala-Too. Optional boat cruising is available.

We will also visit the Ruh Ordo Cultural Complex and the Petroglyphs Open-Air Museum.

Day 13: Rafting at Chon-Kemin – Chu River, Burana Tower

After breakfast, we will drive through Boom Gorge. Optional rafting can be arranged on the Chon-Kemin or Chu River.

We will visit a popular local dining place, “Apamdyn Kattamasy,” to taste traditional bread (kattama) and drink Kyrgyz tea prepared in a samovar.

Then we will visit the Burana Tower on the way to Bishkek. In Bishkek, we will visit Osh Bazaar for souvenir shopping, followed by a farewell dinner and transfer to the hotel.

Day 14: Transfer to Airport

After breakfast, transfer to the airport.
