The Sary-Chelek Lake tour in Kyrgyzstan offers you a unique opportunity to experience nature and the contrast in lifestyles between southern and northern Kyrgyzstan. Day 1: Bishkek City Tour in the Footsteps of the Soviet Union

Arrival at Manas Airport in Bishkek. Complete visa formalities, exchange currency, meet your local guide, and transfer to the hotel.

After settling in, we will visit the colorful Osh Bazaar, where you can experience vibrant sights, exotic aromas, and a lively oriental atmosphere. Later, we will return to the hotel.

Day 2: Too-Ashu Mountain Pass, Suusamyr Valley, Chychkan Gorge

After breakfast, we will drive toward Toktogul village. At Too-Ashu Mountain Pass (3,400 meters above sea level), we will pass through a tunnel approximately 2.2 kilometers long.

Enjoy breathtaking scenic views unique to Kyrgyzstan as we reach the lush Suusamyr Valley, known for its rich vegetation, wildlife, yurts, and nomadic culture.

We will continue to Chychkan Gorge, where we will have an outdoor picnic lunch. Photography enthusiasts will have excellent opportunities to capture some of the most beautiful views of the entire tour.

Day 3: Sary-Chelek

Drive to Arkit village in the Sary-Chelek Nature Reserve. Upon arrival at a family-run guesthouse, we will take a light two-hour walk through the walnut forest.

After the walk, we will return to the guesthouse for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Sary-Chelek Lake

Today, we will explore Sary-Chelek Lake. During the journey, we will see several breathtaking lakes, stop for swimming and refreshments, and enjoy a picnic lunch.

Later, we will take a walk through the park and return to Arkit village in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Kyrgyz National Games, Toktogul Water Reservoir

After breakfast, we will experience traditional Kyrgyz games such as “Chuko,” “Ordo,” and “Beshtash.”

Chuko is played using sheep ankle bones and is traditionally popular among men. Ordo is one of the oldest Kyrgyz games, symbolizing a battle to capture a khan’s palace and reflecting ancient military strategy.

“Beshtash” is a traditional game usually played by girls, using five small stones. The game includes several stages with different techniques of tossing and catching stones.

After lunch, we will proceed to the Toktogul Water Reservoir and then continue to Toktogul village for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Bishkek City at Night

After breakfast, we will drive back to Bishkek for a farewell dinner at a restaurant.

In the evening, we will enjoy a night tour of the city. After dark, Bishkek transforms into a vibrant and lively place with a pleasant atmosphere, as shopping and entertainment centers fill with locals.

Day 7: Transfer to the Airport

Transfer to Manas Airport for your departure, taking home unforgettable memories and authentic experiences from Kyrgyzstan.
