Trekking in the Kyrgyz Range
You will visit two interesting gorges in the central part of the Kyrgyz Range: Sokuluk and Ala-Archa; the Ozernyi Pass connects them. The pass’ name tells by itself (it can be translated as a place with lakes). Besides them, you will see a majority of beautiful noisy waterfalls, snow-covered peaks, sparkling glaciers, and crystal water.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Early morning arrival to Bishkek.
Transfer to the hotel, and rest. City tour around Bishkek. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Bishkek to Sokuluk Gorge
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer from Bishkek to Sokuluk gorge (75 km), camping (altitude 2000 m), radial trek up Ashu-Tor gorge, acclimatization, return to the camp, O/N in Tent Camp.
Day 3: Sokuluk Gorge Trek
Trek up Sokuluk Gorge to the confluence of Chon-Tor and Easten Sokuluk streams, camping (3200 m), O/N in Tent Camp.
Day 4: Sokuluk gorge to Ala-Archa Trek
Trek from Sokuluk gorge to Ala-Archa one over Ozernyi Pass (3917 m), camping (2920 m). O/N in Tent Camp.
Day 5: Ala-Archa Gorge
Trek down Ala-Archa gorge to alpine camp (2100 m), O/N in Tent Camp.
Day 6: Ratsek Place Trek
Trek up to Ratsek place (3200m). Overnight in the Ak-Sai Hut.
Day 7: Ak-Sai Glacier
Trek in the area of Ak-Sai Glacier. Optional: Hiking to Nauka hut, ascent to Uchitel Peak (4527m) - 6 hours, ascent to Box Peak (4250m) - 7 hours. Overnight in the Ak-Sai hut.
Day 8: Nature Park Trek
Trek down to the Nature Park, transfer (40 km) to Bishkek. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 9: Departure
Early transfer to the airport (about midnight, 40 km) and departure.

1. Tourists must have a medical insurance policy with coverage of USD 30,000.
2. Each porter carries 20 kg of commercial weight.
3. Accommodation in the hotels of 4*, 5* level in Bishkek are available by request. The price of the programme will be changed accordingly.
